【重要なお知らせ】
ワールドマスターズゲームズ2021関西実行委員会の延期決定を受け、坂井市実行委員会が主催する「ジャパンオープンディスクゴルフ」の開催時期を1年延期することが決定しました。

参加を楽しみにされていた方、すでにエントリーされた人には多大なご迷惑をおかけしますが、大会に参加される皆さんに十分に配慮した対応ができるよう、必要事項を早急に決定し、速やかに発表したいと考えいています。
また、世界中のディスクゴルフ愛好家の期待に応えられる大会になるよう、延期後の大会に向けて全力を尽くしていきます。

In response to the decision by the World Masters Games 2021 Kansai Executive Committee to postpone the Japan Open Disc Golf event, hosted by the Sakai City Executive Committee, by one year.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause to those who were looking forward to participating in the event and to those who have already entered, but we will make a decision on the necessary issues as soon as possible and announce them as soon as possible so that we can take into account the needs of all those who participate in the event.
In addition, we will make every effort to prepare for the postponed tournament so that it will meet the expectations of disc golf enthusiasts around the world.

地元の人たちにもワールドマスターズゲームズやジャパンオープン、そしてディスクゴルフをもっと知ってもらおうと、9/27にPRイベントを行いました。

当日は時折雨の降るあいにくの天気でしたが、親子連れを中心に多くの方に来場していただきました。

ソーシャルディスタンスを保ちながら、特設ホールを回ったり、飛ばした距離を競ったりして、スポーツの秋を楽しんでいたようです😊😊

We held a PR event on 27th September to promote the World Masters Games, the Japan Open and disc golf to the local people.

many people, mainly parents and children, came to the event.

They kept their social distance and enjoyed all day by running around the specially set up hall and competing for the distance they had flown.

プロ大会の会場となる、フクイカントリーでコースづくりの最中です。

本日の気温は34.7度。9月になってもまだまだ暑い日が続きます😅

元々のゴルフ場の地形を活かしながら、コース１つ１つにどう特徴をもたせられるか思案中…。
世界中のプレーヤーが期待しているかと思うと、手が抜けません。

完成後はホームページにて公開しますので、もうしばらくお待ちくださいね。

We are in the middle of building the course at FUKUI COUNTRY, the venue for the pro tournament.

The temperature today was 34.7 degrees Celsius, and it's still hot in September 😅.

I'm trying to think of ways to give each course its own character while taking advantage of the original terrain.
We can't afford to lose sight of the fact that players from all over the world are looking forward to it.
