What an awesome way to kick off the season up here!
Seth raced in Mareeba last night for the season opener and although we thought it was all over in Heat 1 we ended the night on a high 🥳
Heat 1 Seth spun on the track and was slammed into by another driver which cracked the front of the chassis 😫 BUT with the help of Daryl & Ryan Skennar they used a ratchet strap to hold the chassis together! 🤗
Seth will be keeping that ratchet strap for the rest of his days as it got him his first feature win!!! 🏆

Final day of the 2026 Formula 500 Australian Championships 🏁
Results from today:
1st heat started 10th finished 10th
2nd heat started 1st finished 1st 🥇
C Main started 12th finished 6th needed to finish top 4 to move onto B Main, unfortunatrly missed out by 2 spots! 😩
This weekend was a great learning experience for Seth, he has achieved so much in his short speedway career already, he still has so much to learn and we’re excited to see what’s to come! 🤙
Huge shout out and thank you to Scotty, Ryan, and Daryl for all their help over the weekend and for getting the car to the track, greatly appreciate you guys! 🫶
