Good Morning World 🌎
Today, I’m sharing a few photos from my practice with you all.
As a woman, teacher, wellness coach, and advocate, I want to share why I believe this work is both safe and incredibly effective. It is important to understand that this is not about sexuality—it’s about healing, nervous system regulation, trust, and reconnecting with the body.
I’ve been training extensively in these practices because I wanted to fully understand their therapeutic benefits before ever bringing them to my clients. I’m grateful I found this training, and I’m excited to say I’m nearing the end of my certification. The more I learn, the more I appreciate the depth and potential these modalities have to support healing. I truly love continuing my education so I can better serve others with knowledge, integrity, and compassion.
Combining somatic yoga and intentional rope tying (often referred to as Sh***ri or trauma-informed ropework) creates a powerful, body-based approach to healing through what is known as bottom-up processing. Rather than relying only on talking through experiences, these practices work directly with the nervous system, helping the body process and release deeply held stress and trauma while rebuilding a sense of physical safety, trust, presence, and connection.
When practiced ethically, intentionally, and in a trauma-informed environment, this work can become a powerful tool for healing, empowerment, and nervous system regulation. My goal has always been to create safe, supportive spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, feel grounded in their bodies, and move toward healing with confidence and care.
Thank you for following my journey as I continue learning, growing, and expanding the ways I can support others on their healing path
