December 8th, the Osaka Canadians made the trip to Shiga to play the Lake Stars. It was a fun game as always with the Canadians skating away with a 15-4 win. Looking forward to the next one.

On July 7th, the Canadians returned to the ice after a long break to play Kishiwada in Namba. We were able to skate away with a 9-6 win after Kishiwada made a game of it in the 3rd period. It was a great game and everyone had a good time. After the game, we were also able to take a team picture with the Japan Canada Cup.

On June 29th, six Osaka Canadians headed up to The 8th Annual Hockey Tournament in Okaya (Nagano) organized by the Tokyo Canadians. Divided up into 4 teams, we were guaranteed that one of us would win. We were also finally presented with the Japan Canada Cup which we had won 3 months earlier when the Tokyo Canadians came to play us in Osaka. Thank you to the Tokyo Canadians for putting on such a great event and we are already looking forward to next year.

On June 29th, six Osaka Canadians headed up to The 8th Annual Hockey Tournament in Okaya (Nagano) organized by the Tokyo Canadians. Divided up into 4 teams, we were guaranteed that one of us would win. On May 18th, the Osaka Canadians finally had a rematch with the University of Hyogo. After the first match, which was played in extreme fog where the two teams couldn't be distinguished, this game was played in mostly ideal conditions in Nishinomiya. Once again, it was a great time and Univ. of Hyogo pressured us throughout the whole game, but in a dominating performance by the Canadians, Univ. of Hyogo was held off the scoreboard until the last minute of the game which ended 4-1.

On March 17th, the Tokyo Canadians visited Osaka to play in the first ever Canada Japan Cup. It what we hope becomes an annual event, both teams played a pretty good game. After Osaka jumped out to a 6-1 lead after two periods, some players were moved around and the game ended 7-4. It was a great time and we appreciate Tokyo visiting us and playing a great game.

Last night's game against the Naniwa Jumbles was a good time. After the first part of the game being pretty close, and the Jumbles bringing an improved team, we were able to pull away for a 12-1 win. Thanks to everybody for coming out, and thanks to the Jumbles for another game.
