World Masters Games 2021 Kansai – Update and Call for International Technical Officials

The Japanese Lifesaving Association (JLA) has provided an update on the latest position with the World Masters Games (WMG) 2021 Kansai.

As well as a reminder on how to register to participate in the event, the update also includes a call for International Technical Officials who are interested in officiating at the Masters Lifesaving competition being held at the beautiful Wakasa Wada Beach, Takahama Town in the Fukui Prefecture on 22nd and 23rd May 2021.

FAQ

Q. Can I add or change registered events after payment?
A. Entry events can be added and/or changed through your registration page. This applies to both individual and teams events.
However, when your payment is under process, entry amendments will not be available until payments are completed. (Credit card payment should have no problem as such. Convenience store payment will need to wait until transaction is completed)

Q. How can I entry team events?
A. Please refer to the tutorial 2 video on official homepage “entry” page.

Q. Can we entry team events with different surf club members each other?
A. Yes. The organization of teams allows mixed formation with different nationalities and clubs. In addition, the team name can be set arbitrarily, but it is not against public order and morals. Regarding the team cap, the cap of each individual club should be worn, and it is not always necessary to unify the team members.

よくある質問について

Q.決済完了後に、自身の出場種目の追加、変更はできますか？

A. 決済が完了した後でも自分のページから出場競技種目の追加・変更が可能です。
（個人競技もチーム競技も可）
しかし、エントリー作業の後、決済完了までの期間は追加・変更できません。
（クレジットカード決済ではこの問題は発生しませんが、コンビニ決済の場合はコンビニで支払いが完了しなければ、その間の期間は追加・変更等の作業はできません。）

Q.チーム種目のエントリー方法がわかりません

Q: チーム種目へ異なるクラブのメンバーと一緒にチームを組み参加することは可能ですか？

A: 団体種別のチーム構成は、国籍や所属クラブが異なる混合編成を可能とする。また、 チーム名は任意に設定できるが公序良俗に反していないものとする。 なお、チームキャップについては、各個人の所属クラブのキャップを被るものとし、 必ずしもチームメンバーで統一しなくても良い（チームメンバー全員分の準備が可 能な場合はキャップの統一を推奨する）。
