When you think about your new choreography, ask yourself: what will they remember when you walk off the floor? Don't settle for what you’ve seen a hundred times, or choose music that is very familiar and that's what most athletes like. push past the comfortable, and try to explore other options. Find at least one or two moments that will define your new character.
