It’s already the second day of their PADI Open Water course—they came all the way from Dubai. They say 32 degrees isn’t even hot. Haha! A slight breeze is starting to blow in from the north here in Okinawa. The effects of the typhoon are beginning to be felt. It’s not rough out there yet.
