Move with mePromotes play and joy of learning
Draws out and honors innate intelligence
Builds awareness regarding the value of movement in daily life.
Encourages creativity and self-expression.
Goal: you will learn some easy movement exercises to help facilitate gross motor/fine motor milestone attainment for children at different ages / stages of development.
Reminder: In the following developmental progression months are used to detail what a child should be doing at each month. However, please think of these as stages in development.
The program is broken down into three segments:
Lateralization: It concerns the way the left and right hemispheres interacts. The left hemisphere is specialized in sequential logical ( language and logics) , while the right one allows a holistic global vision of reality ( music and spatiality).
Focalization: Helps students to develop and reinforce those neutral paths which link what they already know( which lays in the back of their brain) with the ability to process and express the information( frontal lobe).
Centralization: These are mostly relaxation exercises which help to re-establish the neutral networks between the brain and the body.
