The hot weather is set to continue for a while. Please be careful to avoid heatstroke and drink water frequently.
Saturday is Korean lesson day. MOB offers Korean and Eiken lessons free of charge to members. While MOB is a gym, we've achieved significant results not just in Korean, Eiken, and TOEIC, but in language learning overall. We provide language lessons at the gym because we believe it makes it easier for members to come to the gym, and offering cultural activities like language learning helps create an good atmosphere that avoid punk types from joining. MOB strictly rejects and expels violence and abusive language. Our approach to leadership isn't about demanding “Follow me!” but about supporting everyone from behind. That is why understanding each individual is important. Understanding people requires prioritizing listening to what they think and developing strong comprehension skills. And understanding what they say and occasionally offering advice, trust is built with members, can create a peaceful and secure community. The leadership I believe is about creating an atmosphere, focusing solely on that. To improve the atmosphere, I must view the community not from above, but from below. Understanding each individual and building their trust is the foundation of community understanding in MOB.
The gym plays Hawaiian FM radio. Since most of the songs are from the '80s and '90s, I think they'll bring back memories for anyone who was a student back then.
