2024年度インストラクター更新会（12月5日）開催しました。

3年に一度の更新研修会では、基礎技術の再確認と各自のブラッシュアップも含めて講義と実技を合わせて行います。技術を人に伝えるには、それが正しく伝わっているか常に確認する意識が大切で、さらにその技術の目的や活用法も伝えることで練習にイメージが加わり、さらに練習する人の意識も高まります。その為にはインストラクター自身の練習や追求が欠かせません。夢を抱いてやって来る未来のパイロットが安心して空を楽しめる環境を作るため、インストラクターは日々追求していきます。
