座った状態でのパス練習からスタートし、ボールの持ち方や受け渡しを確認。その後はゲーム形式の練習も行い、仲間と声を掛け合いながらプレーしました。
中学生も参加してくれたおかげで、良い刺激を受けながら充実した練習となりました。6月28日の交流会に向けて、チームみんなで頑張っています！
This week, Katsuura Bonitos held two practice sessions. We started with seated passing drills to improve ball handling and passing accuracy, then moved on to game-based practice. Junior high school players joined us and helped create a positive training environment. Everyone is working hard as we prepare for the upcoming tag rugby exchange event.

ウォーミングアップの後は、座った状態でのパス練習や1対1の練習、ミニゲームを実施。人数が少ない分、一人ひとりがたくさんボールに触れながらプレーすることができました。

中学生も積極的に声を掛けてくれ、良い雰囲気の中で充実した練習になりました。学年を超えて一緒に練習できるのもボニートスの魅力です。

Today, we had a smaller group than usual because some schools have their sports day tomorrow. However, several junior high school students joined us and helped make it a great training session.

After warming up, we worked on seated passing drills, one-on-one situations, and mini games. With fewer players, everyone had more opportunities to handle the ball and improve their skills.

The junior high school students brought great energy to the session, creating a positive atmosphere for everyone. Training together across different age groups is one of the best parts of our club.

この日は14名が参加し、体育館いっぱいに元気な声が響く練習となりました🏉

パス練習や1対1、2対1などの基本練習を中心に行い、相手の動きを見ながら判断することや、仲間とのコミュニケーションを意識して取り組みました。

コーチからのアドバイスにも真剣に耳を傾け、一つひとつのプレーを確認しながらレベルアップ。上級生が下級生をサポートする姿も見られ、チームとしての成長を感じる時間となりました✨

6月には交流会も予定されています。 日々の練習の積み重ねを大切にしながら、これからもみんなで楽しく頑張っていきます😊

May 27 Practice Report 🏉

Fourteen players joined our practice this week, filling the gym with energy and enthusiasm.

We focused on passing drills, one-on-one and two-on-one situations, while working on decision-making, communication, and teamwork.

Players listened carefully to coaching advice and supported one another throughout the session. It was especially great to see the older players helping the younger ones improve.

With an exchange event coming up in June, we will continue building our skills step by step while having fun together.

New players are always welcome to join us and experience tag rugby!

5月20日（水）・22日（金）

今週の勝浦ボニートスは、旧総野小学校体育館と上野小学校体育館で練習を行いました🏉✨

パス練習やランニング、試合形式の練習に取り組みながら、仲間と声を掛け合い、一つひとつのプレーを確認しました😊

練習の途中には、みんなで「だるまさんが転んだ」も行いました✨
真剣勝負の中にも笑顔があふれ、学年を超えて楽しい時間を過ごしました。

現在、勝浦ボニートスでは4年生から高校生までの選手たちが一緒に活動しています。
この日は中学生に加え、高校生も練習に参加してくれました👏

プレーのお手本になってくれるだけでなく、練習のサポートやアドバイスもしてくれるため、小学生たちにとってとても頼もしい存在です✨

学年を超えて交流しながら、お互いに教え合い、励まし合い、成長していけるのも勝浦ボニートスの魅力のひとつです🏉

練習後は、いつものようにみんなで体育館のモップ掛け🧹
使わせていただいた施設への感謝の気持ちも大切にしています。

これからも仲間とともに、楽しく元気にタグラグビーに取り組んでいきます！

May 20 & May 22

This week, Katsuura Bonitos held tag rugby practices at the former Fusano Elementary School gymnasium and Ueno Elementary School gymnasium. 🏉✨

We worked on passing drills, running exercises, and game-style practice while encouraging and supporting one another.

During practice, we also played “Daruma-san ga Koronda” (the Japanese version of Red Light, Green Light), bringing lots of smiles and laughter to the gym. 😊

Katsuura Bonitos currently includes players from 4th grade through high school. Junior high and high school players joined these sessions and helped support the younger members.

Their experience, leadership, and encouragement make them wonderful role models for the team. 👏

One of the greatest strengths of our club is the opportunity for players of different ages to learn from one another and grow together.

After practice, everyone helped clean the gym together, showing appreciation for the facilities we use. 🧹

本日は上野小学校でタグラグビーの練習を行いました🏉

まずはしっかりと準備運動をして、体をほぐしてからスタート。

パス練習で基本を確認し、その後は1対2の練習に取り組みました。 攻撃側は相手の動きを見ながら判断し、守備側は声を掛け合いながら連携します。

最後は試合形式の練習。 これまでの練習で確認したことを意識しながら、みんなで元気いっぱいプレーしました✨

一つひとつの積み重ねを大切にしながら、これからも楽しく練習していきます😊

On May 15, we held our tag rugby practice at Ueno Elementary School. 🏉

We started with a thorough warm-up, followed by passing drills to reinforce the basics.

Next, we worked on a 1-on-2 drill, focusing on quick decision-making and teamwork.

We finished with game-style matches, where everyone put what they had learned into action.

Step by step, everyone continues to improve while enjoying the game together!

学年を越えて声を掛け合いながら、お互いに刺激を受けて成長しているのも勝浦ボニートスの良さです😊
練習の最後は、みんなで体育館のモップがけ。 使わせていただいた場所への感謝の気持ちを込めて、毎回しっかりと掃除をしています。
プレーだけでなく、こうした積み重ねも勝浦ボニートスが大切にしていることのひとつです。
今日も楽しく、そして真剣に練習しました！

Yesterday, we held tag rugby practice at the former Fusamoto Elementary School gymnasium 🏉
Elementary and junior high school players trained together, working on game-like situations with quick attacks, accurate passing, and smart decision-making.
One of the strengths of Katsuura Bonitos is that players of different ages practice together, encouraging and learning from one another.
At the end of every practice, we clean the gym with mops.
This is our way of showing gratitude for the facility we use and reminding ourselves that respect and responsibility are just as important as rugby.
We had another fun and focused practice!

後半はゲーム形式。 仲間の動きを見ながらパスをつなぎ、体育館いっぱいに元気な声が響きました！
学年を越えて声を掛け合い、上級生が下級生を自然にサポートする姿も見られ、勝浦ボニートスらしい温かい雰囲気の中で充実した練習となりました😊

本日もタグラグビー練習🏉

相手の動きを見て仕掛けるプレー、
スピードに乗ったラン、
そして仲間とのつながり。

ひとつひとつのプレーに、
「考えて動く」場面が増えてきました。

低学年も高学年も関係なく、
全体で刺激し合いながらレベルアップ中🔥

最後はみんなでしっかり整列。
やる時はやる、このメリハリも大事にしています。

本日もタグラグビー練習🏉

6年生・4年生に分かれて行う場面と、 全体で取り組む場面をバランスよく取り入れました。

それぞれの仲間と取り組む時間、 全体で確認し合う時間、 どちらも大切にしながら練習しています。

道具も大切に。

Tag rugby is widely played in countries such as New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom, and it has also become an important part of school sports in Japan.

Today, we balanced group-based practice and full-team sessions, helping players develop their skills while learning to communicate and work together effectively.

Taking good care of our equipment is also an important part of the game.
