東京都内でも定期的に稽古できる場所を確保できました！

健成会柔道塾横山道場の道場長のご厚意で、毎週火曜日、道場をお借りすることになりました！これに伴い、目黒とか品川とか名前を付けていた支部の制度を廃止して、どこで稽古をしても菖蒲会とします。詳しくは、リンク先まで！

Thanks to the dojo master of Kenseikai Judo School: Yokoyama Dojo, we're now open for training at the dojo on every Tuesday! We've also decided that it's a good timing to stop calling Tokyo courses "Meguro" or "Shinagawa" branch. We're simply Ayamekai, no matter where we train. Check out the link for more details.

目黒支部について、いくつかお知らせがあります。

◆稽古場所変更に伴う支部改名
　今後は、相変わらず不定期ではありますが、稽古場所を品川区立総合体育館に移転します。これに伴い、支部名も目黒支部から品川支部にします。

◆一時的な稽古内容の変更
　新型コロナウイルス対策として当面は、護身術ではなく非接触でもできる内容を中心に稽古していきます。合気道の基本を入念に稽古することで、初心者にも分かりやすく、経験者にとっては足元を固めるのに最適な内容になります。基礎体力の養成にもなるので、コロナ禍での運動不足にお悩みの方も、ぜひ。

◆稽古スケジュールお知らせ方法
　これまでは、ある程度定期的にこちらで具体的な日程をお知らせしていましたが、スケジュールを立てられるのが以前よりも不定期になってしまったので、今後は次のように投稿することでお知らせとします。

Here’re some updates on the Meguro Branch.

- Changes in the location and the name
From now on, the classes will be held at Shinagawa General Gymnasium. Accordingly, the name of the Branch will change from Meguro to Shinagawa.

- Temporary change in the course curriculum
As a measure for COVID-19, the classes will be focused more on contact free exercises rather than self defense training. With more ficus on the basic movements of aikido, the classes will not only be easier for beginners to grab but also help the experienced to firm up their foundations. They can also build your stamina, so if you feel out of shape from staying at home too much due to COVID, here’s your chance to get back into shape.

- How the schedule will be announced
The schedules had been announced on a relatively regular basis with specific dates here on Facebook but will be less periodic without specific dates. The dates will be posted on Ayamekai website and will be announced as they’re updated via post like the following:

新型コロナウイルス対の影響を受けて休止していた稽古ですが、再開しました！新しい稽古様式で、基礎体力を高める内容を強化します。武道としてだけでなく、コロナによる運動不足の解消にもぜひ！日程や場所などの詳細は、リンク先をご参照ください。

We had the classes closed for COVID-19 but have them now reopened! We’ll be incorporating the new normal into the program, enhancing the basic physical strength. The new Ayamekai aikido is not only a martial art but also a way to get back into shape! For details such as dates and venues, please check out the link.

今日から、佐藤指導員の指導力向上のために、専修生コースが始まりました。本部道場にて、今後5ヶ月間、週5日の稽古に励みます。
The instructor training program to elevate our Instructor Sato started today. He'll be training 5 days a week at the central dojo for the next 5 months.

今日のメモ：
●体の変更は、受けの引く・押す力をいなすべく、仕手の体の位置および方向を変化させる方法を習得するための訓練
●臂力の養成は、合気道にとって重要な3つの体の動き（前進・後退、回転動作、重心移動）のうち、前進・後退と重心移動の2つを習得するための訓練
●終末動作は、受けとの繋がりを保ちながらどのように動作を連続させるかを習得するための訓練
Today's learnings:
- Tai No Henko is an exercise to learn how to change your body position and direction in order to guide your opponent's force of either pushing or pulling.
- Hiriki No Yosei is an exercise to learn two of the three important body movements in aikido. The three are (1) back and forth, (2) rotation, and (3) weight shift. The two learned by Hiriki No Yosei are (1) and (3).
- Shumatsu Dosa is an exercise to learn how to chain your moves while staying connected to your opponent.
