横浜ゴム株式会社（以下「当社」）が運営するFacebookページ（以下「本FBファンページ」）では、皆さまとのより良いコミュニケーションを実現するため、下記のコミュニティ・ガイドライン（以下「本ガイドライン」といいます）を定めております。
ユーザーによる本ページへのファン登録をもって、本規約にご同意いただいたものとみなします。
■運営について
本ページは、情報発信の場、コミュニケーションの場として活用させていただきます。
なお、コメントや投稿に対しての返信はお約束いたしかねます。ご了承ください。
当社がコンテンツを発信し、対応する時間帯は下記となります。
平日10:00～17:30（年末年始、土日、祝日および当社の定める休業日を除く）。
なお、それ以外の日時においても発信する場合が
あります。
当社は本FBページ運営に係る業務を、機密保持契約を締結している協力会社及び提携会社等に委託する場合があります。
（当社が本FBページの運営を 委託する場合、委託先を「運営事務局」と称します。）
利用者は、当社が本FBファンページ運営のため運営事務局に利用者情報を提供することに同意するものとします。
■禁止事項／投稿削除基準について
本ページにおけるより良いコミュニケーションを実現するため、本FBページをご利用される際には、以下のような行為はご遠慮ください。
私たちには、皆さまの疑問や意見、建設的なフィードバックを歓迎しており、軽率な判断で皆さまの投稿を削除することは行いません。
例外的に、下記に挙げたような内容を含む投稿の削除や、投稿アカウントのブロックを行う場合がありますことをご了承ください。
建設的な議論を妨げる行為
本人の承諾なく、他のユーザーまたは第三者の個人情報を特定、開示、漏洩する行為 差別、誹謗中傷行為
当社、他のユーザーその他の第三者の著作権その他の知的財産権の侵害行為、その他損害行為
本ページを通じて提供される情報を改ざんする行為
当社の承認なく、本ページを通じまたは本ページに関連して行う営利目的、宣伝行為
当社、他のユーザーその他の第三者を誹謗、中傷し、または名誉もしくは信用を傷つける行為
公序良俗に反する行為、あるいは公序良俗に反する情報を提供する行為 わいせつ行為
なりすまし、虚偽の内容詐称などの詐欺行為やミスリーディングとみなされる行為
政治活動、選挙運動、宗教活動またはこれらに類似する行為
本FBページの運営を妨げる行為 目的に関係ない投稿行為 スパム行為
その他Facebook社の定める不正行為に該当する行為
その他当社および運営事務局が不適切と判断する行為
■免責事項について
利用者が本FBページを利用する場合、運営事務局及び当社は、本FBページに掲載される情報の正確性、合法性、道徳性、最新性、適切性などについて保証することはできません。
運営事務局及び当社は、本FBページを利用したこと、又は利用ができないこと、本FBファンページからのリンク先を利用したこと、又は利用ができないことによって引き起こされた損害について、直接的又は間接的な損害を問わず一切責任を負わないものとします。
本FBページの利用（他者からの投稿、コメントの書き込み・撮影を含む）に関する事故、怪我、第三者との紛争、行政の定める規則への違反、その他一切について、運営事務局及び当社は免責されるものとします。
本規約の条項のいずれかに利用者、又は他の利用者が違反した場合も、利用者は運営事務局及び当社に対しての主張、訴訟その他全ての法的措置から運営事務局 及び当社を免責するものとします。
本FBページ利用により発生した通信料について利用者に争いが生じた場合も、運営事務局及び当社は免責されるものとします。
動画や画像が別の人にシェアをされたとしてもシェア先まで追って削除が出来ない事、当社側で不適切な動画と判断して削除しても、削除する前に別の人へシェアされた場合、シェア先まで追って削除する事はできず、当社は一切の責任を負わないものとします。
当社は、本ガイドラインを予告なしに変更することがあります。

To ensure the page operated by the Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd., (hereafter, the YOKOHAMA FB page) helps us realize the highest quality communications with YOKOHAMA fans, we have established the following community guidelines. It is assumed that users who register as fans of the YOKOHAMA FB page agree to abide by the terms and conditions presented here.
■YOKOHAMA FB page management
The YOKOHAMA FB page is intended for use as an information-sharing site and communication vehicle. Please understand that we are not able to reply to all comments or other information posted on the page. In some cases, Yokohama Rubber may entrust administration of this site to a partner company or other affiliate that has signed a confidentiality agreement with Yokohama Rubber. (If Yokohama Rubber entrusts operation of the YOKOHAMA FB page to another party, that party will be called “the administrator”)
Users of the page understand and agree that their user data may be provided to the administrator for the sole purpose of maintaining efficient operation of the YOKOHAMA FB page.
■Prohibited activity / criteria for removal of posts
To ensure the YOKOHAMA FB page is a vehicle for high quality communications, we ask all users to refrain from the following behavior when using the page. Yokohama Rubber welcomes all questions, opinions and feedback presented in a constructive manner and will not delete users’ posts without just cause. However, under exceptional circumstances, we may elect to delete a post or block the account of the individual responsible for an offending post or other action, such as those outlined below. Posts that disclose or attribute personal information to another user or a third party without that party’s consent or knowledge, and posts that include slanderous or discriminatory comments
Posts that infringe upon the copyright or other intellectual property rights of Yokohama Rubber, another user of the site, or a third party, and other harmful posts
The distortion or unauthorized alteration of information provided on this page. The direct or indirect use of this page for profit or promotional purposes without the approval of Yokohama Rubber. Posts that seek to slander, malign or cause other damage to the reputation and public confidence or trust in Yokohama Rubber, another user of the site, or other third party. Posts including content deemed to be obscene, indecent, or otherwise in violation of accepted public morals, and posts providing information about such actions or behavior. Misleading and fraudulent posts, including those that misrepresent one’s true identity or falsify information. Posts that amount to politicking, election campaigning, religious proselytizing or other similar activities. Posts intended to obstruct the operation of this page and that include spam or content irrelevant to the purpose of this FB page. Posts that include content considered to be dishonest or otherwise inappropriate by Facebook. Other contents deemed inappropriate by Yokohama Rubber or the page administrator.

Yokohama Rubber and the page administrator cannot guarantee the accuracy, legality, morality, appropriateness, or up-to-date nature of contents posted to the YOKOHAMA FB page by other users of the page. The page administrator and Yokohama Rubber assume no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages resulting from users’ ability to use or not use the YOKOHAMA FB page or resulting from the access or inability to access a link from this page. The page administrator and Yokohama Rubber accept no responsibility or liability for accidents, injuries, disputes with third parties, violations of government regulations or other problems that may arise from the use of the YOKOHAMA FB page (including comments or images posted by other users).
