It doesn’t matter your age, gender, body type, ethnicity, level of flexibility, fitness level, yoga is inclusive to everybody. I am teaching 6 classes this week. Here is my schedule:

*EDIT* I previously made a mistake about the locations for Yokosuka, so I just fixed it.*** Happy February! I have added 3 new weekly classes to my teaching schedule this month. My schedule this month is as follows: I am teaching every 1rst and 3rd Saturday of the month at Sun and Moon in Tokyo. My dates this month at Sun and Moon are:
2/2 Vinyasa Flow 14:30-16:00
2/16 Vinyasa Flow 14:30-16:00

Also I will be teaching at Studio Mission in Shibuya 2/13 20:00-21:00 🧘🏻‍♀️

I will also start teaching classes every Wednesday in Yokosuka.
