この矢印を意識して反復練習していると
いつの間にか無意識に矢印を変えることが出来る。

細かな感覚的な意識を、言語化して意識することで
体現することに繋がります！

この有意識から無意識に転換する能力を大切にしています☺︎

今回は、ホイッスルの音とその音の回数が偶数か奇数かによって、リアクションを変えるトレーニング🏀
