昨日普賢寺さんで無事2回めの英語でのお寺ヨガと坐禅イベント終了しました。雨の中前回よりもはるかに沢山の方に普賢寺さんまで足を運んで頂きありがとうございました😭千葉や埼玉、神奈川県から来てくださった方も！沢山太陽礼拝とコアワークを回して動の瞑想からの坐禅という静の瞑想、素敵な経験をして頂けたら嬉しいな✨
みんな筋肉痛になっていたらごめんなさい🦄
次回は10月の開催予定で、ベコニアのお花屋さんとの満月コラボイベントも企画してます💐🌝
Had another wonderful time yesterday holding our second Temple Yoga and Zazen event🍀
So grateful for all the attendees traveling across Tokyo (even from other prefectures) to join us!! Hopefully everyone enjoyed the “dynamic meditation” through yoga session (with lots of core workouts I gave ) and the “static meditation” through zazen. big thanks to Fugenji temple for providing the fabulous environment🦋
