How much water should I drink per day? I get this question a lot and I'm glad when i do because it's a super-important element of not only training and performance, but general health, cognative funcition, digestion, and more. If you are like most people, you probably arent drinking enough. A rough estimate would be to multiply your bodyweight in KG by 30ml. For example, a 50kg female should get around a miniumu of 1.5L/day (50kg x 30ml). This doesn't include extra to account for hot weather or exercise, in which case you should drink more! Try to hit this minimum for a week and notice if you feel a difference. If you need another reason, being dehydated makes the body HOLD water (which give a more bloated look) so if looking to lean out, get that H2O!😉
