Hokkaido's Niseko MOIWA ski resort boasts the world's best powder snow.

MOIWA is well known throughout Niseko as a ski resort with historical roots going back as far as 1919. There weren't any ski lifts at the time, and skiers would climb the mountain for many hours because of the exceptional snow quality, abundant snowfall, and small yet wide ranging course. Furthermore, MOIWA boasts a stunning view of its vast surrounding: the beauty of Mount Yōtei is particularly b

reathtaking on a clear day. This exceptional location, abundant in nature, has charmed many visitors over the years, and it officially opened as Niseko MOIWA Ski Resort in 1966. Since then, MOIWA has been loved not only by the locals but also by fans all over Japan and the world as the ultimate powder snow resort. In recent years, many Australian and European skiers and snowboarders have come to adore this “ski slope with a feeling of privacy.”

MOIWA has been able to avoid large-scale resort development, and the beautiful scenery you can see today is virtually the same as days of yore. The warm hospitality of the staff and the kindness of the many locals who love this mountain has remained the same as always. This is the very special charm of MOIWA, a place that has been loved by many generations.

シーズンを終えたニセコモイワは、今日も気持ちの良い天気に包まれています。

ゲレンデでは雪解けが進み、メインバーンにも土が見え始めています🌱
静かに季節の移り変わりを感じる時間ですね。

なお、Webサイトやインスタグラムのストーリーでもお知らせしております通り、雪不足のため「MAD DOG JAM」は中止となりました。
楽しみにしてくださっていた皆さまには申し訳ありませんが、また来シーズンにご期待ください🙏

昨晩は久々に降雪もありましたが、
確実に季節は進んでいる様です。

It is quietly welcoming spring.

We had some snowfall last night for the first time in a while,
but the season is steadily moving forward.

今シーズンもニセコモイワスキーリゾートをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございました🙏

本日をもちまして、今期の営業は終了いたしました⛷️

シーズンを振り返ると、オープン当初は積雪に恵まれず雪乞いの日々でしたが❄️🙏、1月以降は順調に積雪し、良いコンディションが続きました✨
2月下旬からは暖かい日が続き、一気に春の雰囲気となりましたが🌸、無事にシーズンを終えることができました🙌

なお、スキー場の営業は終了となりますが、4月18日・19日には「MAD DOG JAM」を開催予定です🔥
毎年盛り上がるシーズンラストイベント、ぜひお楽しみください🎉

来シーズンのシーズン券販売などの情報は、決まり次第インスタグラムや公式Webサイトにてお知らせいたします📢

As of today, we have officially closed for the season ⛷️

Looking back, we started the season hoping for more snow ❄️🙏, but from January onward, snowfall became consistent and conditions improved significantly ✨
From late February, warmer temperatures brought an early spring feel 🌸, but we were able to complete the season as planned 🙌

Although regular ski operations have ended, the “MAD DOG JAM” will be held on April 18th and 19th 🔥
This is always an exciting end-of-season event, so we hope you’ll come and enjoy it 🎉

Information regarding next season’s passes and updates will be announced here and on our official website as soon as details are confirmed 📢

“Hizanami Park,” our spring snowskate park located near the Sun Kid area, is now open! 🌸

There is an admission fee, but rental snowskates are available, so feel free to give it a try!

点検整備のため休止していた第1ペアリフトは、本日より運行再開いたします！
それに伴い、延長運転していたクワッドリフトは営業終了となります。
