この度、FLOW Fitnessではフィットネストレーナーを募集します！
【募集の背景】
フィットネスとは人それぞれ違うもので、会員の皆様が「自分なりの目指すゴールや理想を追求するサポートをしたい」という私たちの事業を、共に成長させてくれる人材を募集します。
少数精鋭だからこそ、一人ひとりの存在がジム全体の雰囲気や会員体験に大きく影響します。地域に溶け込み、様々な人とのコミュニケーションや繋がりを大切にしながら、ニセコエリア唯一のフィットネスジムを一緒に作っていける仲間を募集しています。

・フィットネストレーナー
【募集要件】
・グループとパーソナルトレーニング指導経験者歓迎。未経験者OK
・日本語必須、英会話（日常レベル）
【FLOW Fitnessが大切にしている方】
・未経験でも、運動を通して成長や変化を一緒に喜べる方
・自分のトレーニングだけでなく、コミュニケーションやサポートを大切にできる方
・コーチングだけでなく、清掃を含めた空間づくりも大切にできる方

FLOW Fitness is currently looking for a Group Training Coach to join our team in Niseko.

Because we are a small team, every staff member has a significant impact on the atmosphere of the gym and the overall member experience. We value communication, community, and building genuine connections with people from all walks of life while continuing to grow the only fitness gym in the Niseko area together.

・Full-time or Part-time
*Depending on experience / Staff accommodation available
【Position】
・Fitness Coach
【Requirements】
・Experience in group and personal training coaching preferred. No experience required.
・Japanese required / Conversational English preferred
