It's a system of exercises that works on a group of muscles to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture which enhances you agility and boosts your energy. I fell in love with Pilates 6 years ago when I felt its impact on my body and mind, i became flexible and stronger. No more fatigue and stiffness mornings, no more neck and back pain after long hours in the office, and definitely much

better posture. I took time out of my busy day to day life and dedicated a full month of intensive training at in salt lake city of Utah-USA. Am ready to share my love for Pilates with u. Call me or send me a MSG for privates sessions.
