Ramadan hydration tip!😃

I see this mistake every single year.
People drink a ton of water at iftar and then wonder why they’re still dehydrated the next day.
Your body needs gradual hydration + electrolytes.
Simple structure:
• 2 cups water at iftar
• 4 cups between iftar & suhoor
• electrolytes before suhoor
Small changes but wallah they make fasting so much easier.
Save this for tomorrow’s fast 💧
