اختتمت شركة المحفزون للتدريب فعاليات المنتدى الحواري وحفل ختام مشروع "مبادرات مرنة لتعزيز المشاركة المستدامة" (RISE)، الذي أقيم برعاية معالي وزير البيئة الدكتور أيمن سليمان، وبمشاركة واسعة من ممثلي منظمات المجتمع المدني والشباب والشركاء المحليين والدوليين.
جاء المشروع استجابة للحاجة المتزايدة لتعزيز دور الشباب ومنظمات المجتمع المدني في العمل البيئي والمناخي في محافظات عمان، إربد، الزرقاء، الكرك، وعجلون، من خلال بناء قدراتهم وتمكينهم من المساهمة الفاعلة في مواجهة التحديات البيئية والمناخية على المستوى المحلي.
وخلال المشروع، تم دعم وتمويل ست مبادرات شبابية ريادية صممت ونفذت من قبل الشباب أنفسهم لمعالجة قضايا بيئية محلية، حيث تنوعت هذه المبادرات بين التوعية البيئية، وإعادة التدوير، والزراعة المستدامة، والحفاظ على الموارد الطبيعية، وتعزيز الممارسات الصديقة للبيئة. وقد شكلت هذه المبادرات نماذج عملية لتحويل الأفكار الشبابية إلى حلول مجتمعية ملموسة تسهم في تعزيز الاستدامة البيئية والعمل المناخي على المستوى المحلي.
وشهد الحفل عرض فيلم وثائقي يوثق مراحل تنفيذ المشروع منذ انطلاقه في أيلول 2025 وحتى أيار 2026، بالإضافة إلى تقديم المبادرات الشبابية واستعراض أبرز إنجازاتها وتأثيرها في المجتمعات المحلية المستهدفة.
كما تضمن المنتدى جلسات حوارية متخصصة حول تعزيز التعاون بين وزارة البيئة ومنظمات المجتمع المدني والشباب، وتطوير آليات الشراكة والتنسيق لدعم تنفيذ السياسات البيئية الوطنية وتعزيز المشاركة المجتمعية في العمل المناخي.
نتقدم بالشكر لجميع الشركاء والداعمين والمشاركين الذين ساهموا في نجاح هذا المشروع، ونؤكد استمرار التزامنا بدعم الشباب ومنظمات المجتمع المدني كشركاء رئيسيين في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة وتعزيز العمل البيئي والمناخي في الأردن.
Motivators for Training successfully concluded the Dialogue Forum and Closing Ceremony of the "Resilient Initiatives for Sustainable Engagement (RISE)" Project, held under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Ayman Suleiman, Minister of Environment, with the participation of civil society organizations, youth representatives, and local and international partners.
The project was implemented to strengthen the role of youth and civil society organizations in environmental and climate action across Amman, Irbid, Zarqa, Karak, and Ajloun through capacity building and active community engagement.
A key achievement of the project was the support and funding of six youth-led environmental initiatives designed and implemented by young people to address local environmental challenges. These initiatives focused on environmental awareness, recycling, sustainable agriculture, natural resource conservation, and promoting environmentally friendly practices. They demonstrated how youth-driven ideas can be transformed into practical community solutions that contribute to environmental sustainability and climate resilience.
The closing event featured a documentary highlighting the project journey from September 2025 to May 2026, alongside presentations showcasing the supported initiatives and their impact within local communities.
The forum also included specialized discussions on strengthening cooperation between the Ministry of Environment, civil society organizations, and youth, while exploring mechanisms to support the implementation of national environmental policies and expand community participation in climate action.
