Thank you to all the athletes that participated in our event, you all did an unbelievable job! We have combined heat one and two as you are only 6 heats.
Heat 1 - women's scaling will start at 8:30 am.

WOD 3 is only for the RX Category, But come early to cheer them on.
WOD 4 will start at 6:00.
