Get an exceptional workout with our cutting edge classes which include: MAT PILATES, REFORMER, PRE-NATAL, POST-NATAL, PILOXING, KICK BOXING, YOGALATES, STRETCHILATES, CARDIOLATES (TRAMPULINE, STEPPER, BOSU & SWISS BALL), AEROBICS and PERSONAL TRAINING. Inhale creatively incorporates the PROPS into a full body workout. Practicing Pilates in the way its founder Joseph Pilates originally intended. At INHALE, you will get a unique class every class.
