You've never seen a sunrise until you've witnessed the sun coming up over Blue Mountain Peak. Beyond the sun, sand and sea the interior boasts some of the richest biodiversity in the world with endemic species of flora and fauna and wildlife. Hike the trails left by runaway slaves as you learn about this beautiful historic island. The Adventure. We're minor adrenaline junkies so we always love the idea of taking off in the Land Rover and hitting the trails. We do mountain biking tours in the shadows of the Blue Mountains, the region grows some of the best coffee in the world and has some of the sweetest routes we've ever seen. Nothing beats a good ride than a dip in a waterfall followed by a Red Stripe on the beach. Tom Cruise. Sorry, I'm not a big fan of the Scientologist apart from in Mission Impossible 3 but he did make the seminal booze movie Cocktail in Jamaica.
