Life Coaching is a unique way of developing you as a person. It is a journey of Individual Self-Discovery and it is about, Where You are NOW, Where You WANT to be and How You Get THERE. Life Coaching supports you to stay focused and be inspired to achieve what you want in all aspects of your life. The end GOAL is to have more Balance, Enjoyment and Know the Purpose to YOUR LIFE and with this in mind I take a Holistic approach within the Life Coaching Partnership, thus enabling you to gain the power to balance and harmonise your life. Over the years I have supported individuals, groups and organisations in achieving their dreams. My clients have come from diverse social and economic backgrounds, e.g. Social Workers, Nurses, Drug Counsellors, Shop Workers, Single Parents, Athletes, Entertainers and Local Authorities. I have also worked alongside The Inner Garden to deliver Personal Development Workshops for women.
