Good morning my peeps! Here is a little motivational quote to help you get through the day:

Its not about being perfect. Its about effort and when you bring that effort every single day day, that's where transformation happens. That's how change occurs.

So my peeps, don't let the bad situations that you might be facing in life breaks you but instead let the challenges build you. My peeps life is all about learning and this process happens at every stage in our life so don't focus on the bad things that happen but instead focus on the lessons you learn.

The same can be said about working you, at the beginning you might not be getting the results you want but remember everything takes time and from the work is being put in then results will come! Also, you might not be able to complete an entire set at first but trust me as you go on your endurance and strength will build up and before you know it your a master at completing the sets.

Don't give up! Be positive and keep trying!

In life it is very important to have a *goal* , this provides us with a sense of direction, therefore it is also important to have a goal when exercising. This goal will keep you motivated while training and on days where u feel like giving up this goal can be your source of inspiration. Remember that goals must be SMART.
Specific
Measurable
Achievable
Realistic
Time-bound

Don't just expect results as you start working out, its a process and everything takes time. However if you remain focus and driven you will see the results.
