Reflecting on our most recent Sentimento de Kizomba Social in August... We're so grateful to everyone for joining us to dance & celebrate our August birthdays!! Huge thank you to our awesome guest teacher/DJ Joseal Dlt with the great class, 2 hours of music, and awesome afrobeats set!! We also had our awesome Afrobeats Dance teachers Yama & Du in the house to make sure our dance was just as lit as the set!!

Thanks to Karen, we had the best raffle we've ever done. Thank you for your amazing donations! Thank you to LaTasha Paige for coming through with the Jollof Rice & Meat Pie from Luchy Creations!! We also had special guest Danielle (from Two47 Personal Training) in the house!! Could there be a collab coming? 👀

💖4 month pp vs. now (18 months)
Some days I didn’t want to, some days a flat out didn’t. Some days I didn’t feel like ME and some days I felt unstoppable. Some days I ate good food and some days I ate terribly. I cried, I got mad but I never gave up. A forever work in progress! I love it here ❤️
