2. Went to world famous Dunns River falls! Breathtaking views 🏝️
3. Caribbean rain came for 10 min in the middle of camp. We all got soaked then dried within 20 min because it was that hot 😂

7 years into my fitness journey and still learning! Here are some valuable lessons I wish I knew when I started. 💪🏼✨

1. Following a plan is the most efficient way to get results! I used to go in the gym without a plan and just do videos I would see on social media. The truth is, you can progress faster on your journey with proper guidance.

2. You are doing yourself a disservice if you are not working on your nutrition simultaneously, especially if trying to gain muscle. This alone held me back from seeing muscle growth for years!

3. Comparison kills! Don’t waste your time comparing yourself when you haven’t even seen your body fully transformed into what you want for yourself🦋

4. Your journey is exactly that, YOURS. Don’t let anyone take away your goals for a healthier lifestyle. Ignore the white noise and choose you! Progress won’t be linear! It can take years possibly, but nobody can take that dedication away from you. Give yourself grace theough the process and enjoy the little things along the way! You got this!
