Today we did our first group FTP test (Functional Threshold Power)

Wondering what the heck that is?
It's basically the maximum amount of power that can be maintained over a period of time, measured in watts.

Essentially the higher the FTP the better your aerobic capabilities and overall fitness level.

Now we know their baseline level, let's see where they will be in a month.

You guys rocked today and gave it your all!
