🏁 STEVEN JEANNE MEMORIAL 🏁
Thank you to each and every one of you who came along, raced, volunteered and helped us honour and remember a cherished rider, Steven. ❤️
A special thank you to the Jeanne family for allowing us to come together once again to celebrate Steven’s life and the sport he loved. We hope the day was a fitting tribute to his memory. ❤️
A huge congratulations to Renouard Le Maistre and the Barettes team on winning an incredibly well-deserved award. We cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for the track, the club and the sport. 🏆
There are so many people who deserve a thank you for making not only the Steven Jeanne Memorial possible, but every event throughout the season.
❤️ To every rider and committee member — thank you for your support and for helping make this day, and the rest of our season, possible.
🔨 To everyone who has tirelessly helped at our working parties and events — your time and effort behind the scenes allows our race days to run as smoothly as they do, and we truly appreciate every hour you put in.
📋 A huge thank you to our Secretary, Sue Clark, for keeping everything running behind the scenes, and to Jenny Leonard for all your help with lap scoring and timing. Our events simply would not be possible without you both!
⏱️ Thank you to Bruce Clark and Stevie Leonard for fixing the timing loop at the very last minute on Friday evening and allowing us to go ahead with racing. Your quick work saved the day!
🎟️ Thank you to Amy and Ross Bellchamber for the huge amount of work that went into organising the event, the raffle and sorting all the tickets. It was a massive job and we are incredibly grateful.
🎁 A huge thank you to all of the sponsors, local businesses and individuals who donated raffle prizes and supported the event. Your generosity helped us raise money for Mind Jersey and made the raffle such a success. We are incredibly grateful for every donation, big or small.
🚩 Thank you to Gemma Falle and Amy Bellchamber for organising our marshals, and to every single person who has stood out there marshalling for us in all conditions. We genuinely could not run our events without you.
🏁 Thank you to everyone who has Clerked our race days and helped keep things running safely and smoothly.
🔧 Thank you to James Knight and Rômulo Matheus for scrutineering every single bike at every event, as well as everyone who has stepped in to help when needed.
🚑 Thank you to Normandy Rescue for looking after us without fail at every event. Knowing you are there to keep our riders safe means so much to us.
❤️ And to all the parents, partners, families, mechanics and supporters who spend their weekends at the track, getting bikes ready, fixing things in the pits, travelling to events, cheering from the sidelines and supporting our riders — thank you. Motocross simply wouldn’t exist without the people behind the riders.
And finally…
❤️ A huge thank you to our Chairman, James Knight — better known as Pancho.
The endless hours of work, dedication and care you give to this sport do not go unnoticed.
Not only do you work tirelessly behind the scenes to keep the club and track going, but you continue to ride, train, encourage and inspire new riders to get involved.
You have brought a whole new generation of riders into our sport and helped keep the passion and spirit of motocross alive.
Thank you, Pancho, for everything you do. ❤️🏁
From the committee, thank you to every single person who has played a part in making this season possible.
Here’s to Steven, to the sport he loved, and to everyone who continues to keep that spirit alive. ❤️
See you all at the track. 🏁
