As we cross the finish line of an exhilarating season, it's time to cheer for our winners who've shown incredible prowess and sportsmanship throughout the series!

Race Packet Pickup - Canaccord Corporate Cup 2024
The anticipation is building with just a couple of days until the starting horn sounds for the Canaccord Cup 2024! We’re set to have a record-breaking year, thanks to all the fantastic teams and individuals who’ve signed up (75 Teams!!!)
Here's what you need to know to make race packet pickup and race day run smooth: (Please be sure to cascade this email to your team as this only goes to the person who signed up the team) - any other questions you may have are probably answered here
Race Packet Pickup:
When: Tuesday, 23rd April
Where: Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management's offices
Time: 10am to 4pm sharp at the reception on the 4th floor.
Note: Only one representative per team for pickup, please. Remember, post-deadline registrants won’t receive an event T-shirt. This is the only opportunity you get to pick up your race pack, we will be unable to do race reg on race day as there will be so much else to deal with to ensure your enjoyment and safety.
Race Day Schedule:
Date Race 1: Wednesday, 24th April
Start Time: 12:45pm (Arrive by 12:35pm for the briefing)
Location: Near the Freedom Tree beside Radisson Blu, finishing at Jardin de la Mer
Team Participation: 4 runners per team per race only due to the volume of entrants
Important Reminders:
Numbers: You’ll receive 6 race numbers for the series. Handle them with care and distribute them among your runners as needed.
Substitutions: Subbing runners is totally fine! Just make sure they’re company employees. No need to notify us about changes.
Marshals: We need a few more high viz heroes! If any reserves want to help, please let us know before race day by return email.
The Series Overview:
Frequency: Six 5km races, five on consecutive month Wednesdays at 12.45pm, one final race and presentation at 17.45. Please note that we have had to change one of the race dates from 19th June to 26th June.
Pace: All paces welcome! There’s no time cutoff, so run, jog, or walk!
