Personal Bio: I believe that a big part of being an inspiring personal trainer is to be a good role model. To maintain my own fitness, I try to never skip a session and I train hard and smart. This means doing the right training for my goals, training with people who support and motivate me, and eating a healthy, balanced diet at the right times of t
he day. My role is to help make this happen by planning workouts that challenge them to work hard in a fun, supportive and stimulating environment. Interests: Participating in sport for fun, charitable causes and for maintaining my fitness. Over the years I’ve done CrossFit, boxing, golf, tennis, football, spinning, Olympic lifting, basketball, mixed netball and volleyball. I also like being a spectator at almost any sporting event. Competitive Sport Highlights: Age-group rugby for Jersey at the Siam Cup, Mixed Touch Rugby for Jersey at two World Cups and numerous European Championships, scaled CrossFit events. Certifications and Accreditations: Level 3 Personal Trainer, CrossFit Level 1 & CrossFit Gymnastics Coach, Kettlebell Instructor, British Weight Lifting Level 1 and currently completing the UKSCA Accreditation. Specialities and Strengths:

• Using variety in training to keep things fun and physically challenging.
• Designing workouts around a client’s ability and goals to push them to get the best out of their body and mind.
• Working with clients who want to live stronger for longer to meet life’s challenges.
• Working with athletes at all levels and their sports coaches to improve their performance and achieve PB’s.
