Check out the winners from the 2020 Autumn Shred!

We would usually host a celebration dinner to celebrate and recognise the achievements of all of our challengers... But due to local restrictions we had to improvise and tonight’s celebration was conducted over zoom and we gave away £800 to these very deserving winners!

The next shred will start in January and will be the biggest and best yet!

Everyone smashed it! Implementing small changes to their daily routine on a consistent basis and now seeing and feeling the results 🙌🏼
