Start February in good health! Once again we will be hosting a unique class where you can Get Fit, Lose Fat, and Make Friends! 💪
It starts at 10.30am on Saturday 2nd Feb. Please arrive 10 minutes early for briefing 🕒
Why is it unique? This class combines the concept of spinning with Fartlek training. We have weights, rowers, bikes, treadmills, cross-trainers, a boxing bag and a stepper, all within a private studio at Oakfield Fitness Centre, and all of which you will use during the 45-minute class.
You go at your own pace, as long as you're moving 🏃🏻 you'll burn tons of calories, and the after-burn effect is unreal with this cardio-based class.
If you have any heart issues then it is compulsory to bring with you a doctors note with you or you will not be able to attend.
