Good News!!

Football Victoria have confirmed exciting changes to their Advanced Junior Girls competition by expanding the GVYPL structure.

Chelsea FC are proud to announce we will be competing in the Youth State League (GVYSL) in 2027. This is certainly an exciting chapter for Chelsea, with our Senior Women being promoted to State League 1 only last week for 2027.

We are incredibly proud of our successful female pathway and what we have been able to build in these last four years.

After the success of our inaugural 2026 Future Firsts season - Chelsea FC is proud to provide a high level Football Program dedicated to Junior boys and girls playing U14, U15, U16, U17 & U18 football!

The Future Firsts Junior Program is a 38-week football development program specifically designed for experienced, committed and dedicated Juniors, who want a clear pathway through to Senior Men's and Women's football.

With these junior players already debuting in our Senior Women's and Men's Reserves teams this season, the program has already proven to accelerate player development."

Our Future Firsts teams will be immersed in a development program enhancing performance whilst competing in a higher level of Junior football. 👊

Our Juniors today, are our FUTURE FIRST Seniors!

38-week program
○ 3 nights per week
○ Qualified & experienced coach(s)

Credit to both clubs showing how female football is progressing in a three goal end to end thriller!

When an opportunity presents, there’s a small window to take action otherwise it may drift away.

Delighted to be offered the chance to join The City Group Football Education Department at Melbourne City Football Club.

First step, casual coaching in the impressive Football Schools programme.

This lad from the little old Island of Jersey can’t wait to get started, lots of takeaways and learning already in flight.

Looking forward to levelling up my skills and knowledge with some great people.

A great evening with Paige Harbord and Daniel Beckman from Lifestrong Physiotherapy & Health Services at Chelsea FC Australia.

Presentation and discussion on “Concussion Awareness” to our coaches and parents in attendance, recognising symptoms, their impact on recovery, and understand the “return to play safely” guidelines - vital information for all.

Myth busting at its finest, medical treatment and science has moved on.

Thanks to all those in attendance and to both Paige and Daniel for the time.
