This spectacular evening will see Jersey Boxing Academy take on a Home Counties Select Team from England in an action-packed international contest featuring 14 highly competitive bouts between some of the finest amateur boxers from Jersey and the UK.

Guests will enjoy an evening of entertainment from the moment the doors open, with skills bouts taking place during dinner, before the first competitive bout gets underway at 7:00pm.

With limited capacity at The Weighbridge and significant interest already being shown, we strongly encourage supporters, businesses, sponsors, families and boxing fans to secure their places early to avoid disappointment.

🇯🇪🥊 Another Proud Weekend for Jersey Boxing Academy 🥊🇯🇪

This weekend, some of our stable travelled to the beautiful city of Manchester to compete in the Global Glove Development Amateur Competition, where over 300 of the country’s most talented amateur boxers came together to test themselves against quality opposition. 💪

After settling in and enjoying a little downtime on arrival, it was time to get to work. 🥵

Our boxers represented Jersey Boxing Academy with pride, determination and professionalism throughout the weekend, and we were incredibly proud to see every one of them return home with a silver medal. While medals are always nice to bring home, the real achievement was seeing the progress, confidence and development that each boxer showed in the ring. 👏

Competitions like these highlight just how far our club has come. The countless hours of training, dedication and hard work put in by our athletes day after day are beginning to show on bigger stages, and the future is looking very bright. 💅

None of this would be possible without the coaching team working tirelessly behind the scenes. A huge thank you goes to Ian Dunbar, Michael McCallum and George Adams, who continue to give up their valuable free time to help develop our boxers and ensure they are always prepared to compete whenever and wherever the opportunity arises. 🤜🤛

Their commitment is producing results. In the last two weeks alone, we’ve seen three boxers secure three victories at the Yeovil Show, followed by a clean sweep of silver medals in Manchester this weekend. 🏆

Jersey Boxing Academy continues to grow from strength to strength, and we’re excited about what lies ahead. 😉

👀 We have a big announcement coming later this week regarding an exciting home show, so stay tuned for more details.

Tonight was also the final training session for Jack, Rory and Daisy before they travel on Friday to compete at the Global Glove Tournament. We’re incredibly proud of their hard work and dedication, and we’ll be keeping everyone updated with their results as they happen. 🇯🇪🥊

🥊 WHAT A DAY FOR JERSEY BOXING ACADEMY!! 🥊

Massive congratulations to our 3 senior boxers Billy McCallum, Sonny Way, and Rory Ribeiro who all travelled to Yeovil today and came home with the WIN! 🏆🔥

The hard work, dedication, and commitment these lads put in week after week is paying off, and we couldn’t be prouder of ithem. Representing Jersey and JBA with heart, skill, and determination 👊

A huge thank you as well to our coaches Big Mick and Charlie for giving up their time to travel over and support the team, and to everyone involved in making the trip possible.

Also, a big thank you to the organisers, officials, coaches, and boxers at the Brawl In The Hall 3 show for having us and putting on a fantastic event 🙌

The momentum keeps building at JBA… onwards and upwards! 🚀🥊
