🥊 UNDER 3 WEEKS TO GO… THE WORK CONTINUES! 🥊

With under 3 weeks to go until the big night, and this glorious Jersey sunshine still with us,
the team made the most of it today! 👊💥

With the traffic disruption for the Battle of Flowers, we changed venue, headed outdoors, and what a session it turned out to be! 🔥

🏖️ Beach sprints
🥊 Pad work
👊 Shadow boxing
💪 Strength & conditioning

No fancy equipment needed today, just hard work, discipline and a team all pushing each other.

Every sprint, every round and every session counts now. The preparation is well and truly underway as our boxers get themselves ready to represent Jersey Boxing Academy on the big stage.

The response to our first ever outdoor A Night of Champions at The Weighbridge has been incredible, and we’re now down to our final couple of tables for Saturday 5th September.

This is shaping up to be a very special night for Jersey boxing. 🇯🇪
