There is no secret formula.
Just hard work, commitment and consistency over time.
Due to what seems like injury after injury I haven’t been able to train much at all during the last couple of months.
But I didn’t let it get to me and stop all my progress. I just decided to focus on a different goal, a goal that would be realistic with my current injuries.
Although I wanted to be in a building phase right now it was just impossible with the amount of restrictions I currently have.
So I decided to focus on fat loss for the time being as it was more achievable than growing atm. I’ve lost around 3kgs and I’m feeling really good in my skin and pleased I didn’t just give up all together.
Set yourself realistic goals, goals you can make small wins on, to motivate you to eventually achieve the bigger picture.
Most people fail because they set their standards too high for themselves to begin with and when they fail due to their own to socially high standards they say that was too hard and just give up.
Start small get those little wins in and watch the snowball into big wins with consistency over time.
That .co.uk changing room lighting hitting just right though👌
