First match of the season on Saturday playing in our new kit....Great to be back! Team photo still missing a view players away or injured - hope to see them back soon. The game was of good quality from both teams, unfortunately we succumbed to a late penalty in the first half. Our heads stayed up and we came out battling in the second half and were unfortunate not to score on many occasions as St Clements goalie made some great saves.
First Towers man of the match was awarded to Jake Syvret for a great performance.

Monday 10 May 1993: The day Premier League giants Blackburn Rovers, owned by Island resident Jack Walker, faced his other team, First Tower United of the Jersey European Combination, to open their home base at La Hague Manor.
