Back to classes in September✅, Pure Core will be online available for a week to do as many times as you can manage !! It will be easy to start, I promise !!🤙 , Pilates will be on Wednesdays at 6.30pm St Martins school ,it is a mixed class with limited spaces, Kettlercise will be on Mondays at 6pm & Saturdays at 10am St Martins school , I have kettlebells for sale if you do not have any, I have a wait list for PT however get in touch, The Kettlebell class is for everyone, easy to get into the swing, and a fab workout that ✅ works all areas of fitness 🙌😁

Food batch Thursday! 🥔🫑🧅🥦🍅🥕

Lots of fresh vegetables packed with antioxidants and immume boosting vitamins. They will help my body repair and recover during my last big training block. My favorite is cauliflower roasted with curry powder, it almost contains every vitamin and mineral and it tastes delicious. We have fabulous vegatables in season, I do batches so I always have it ready and I can freeze have too much. Badwater 135 is counting down!😱🔥
