ving every minute of this amazing journey. I started out my fitness journey 9 months ago and would never change a thing. So lets back up a bit to how I started out. This has not been the first time that fitness has found its way into my life. Growing up I was that child that loved to eat and I mean eat anything in site so of course, I was always on the heavier side. Right after high school I took charge and demanded my life back. I got into fitness and in 2 years I went from being my heaviest at 200lbs ish to my healthiest and fittest ever at a healthy 130lbs. I soon after fell hard for fitness and got certified as a personal trainer at the same gym where my journey began. I was at the happiest point in my life, I had a great job and the best part of it was I was in the greatest shape of my life. After a couple of years and drastic changes to the company, I worked for I made the hard decision to leave personal training and returned to school in search of more stability. Fast forward to the present day I am a full-time mother to my beautiful girls and have been married to my biggest cheerleader for 8 years now. How I started this incredible journey back into fitness was for not the greatest reasons. My health was slowly starting to deteriorate in the past few years. Yes, I can blame it on lots of things such as going back to school and gaining the famous college pounds or having no money to hit the gym and even just getting married, having kids, and just plain losing balance. This is easy to say but the hardest thing to admit is that I let it happen nobody else but myself let go of who I was. For some years now I have suffered from severe Gastrointestinal problems. The past 5 years my health has completely gone sideways and I no longer can eat many of the things I once could because of a bacteria that has attacked the lining of my stomach, therefore, causing major problems when I eat. This all started right after giving birth to my oldest daughter who came into this world via C-section. That is when it all started and I soon started to deteriorate quickly. verse effects to my stomach I decided to take matters into my own hands. January 2020 marked the beginning of my fitness journey and taking my health back. Fast forward to today, and I am the healthiest and most active I have been in years and on a consistent track. I have learned to cook and eat what my body can handle and my workouts are geared always to learning new forms and techniques and of course making me my strongest version I can be. Message me and let's talk about your health and fitness goals. I am here to help you find that amazing person you know you are. Make you a priority and take back your life.
