“True revolutionaries live attached to the past. They know it, they practice it, they question it, and by immersing themselves in it, shortly before they die, they point us toward the path to follow for the future. We are surrounded by fake revolutionaries who think they can astonish us with a disguised variant of Spina’s CARS”.

Valeria is the mother of four children and works as an emergency physician, often doing night shifts. She enjoys playing padel and tennis.

She has been training with us for four months. Her goal is to “get back in shape” so she can play better, prevent injuries, and return to jumping. What matters most to us is that, at this stage of her life, she begins to invest in her longevity—understood as vitality that allows her to maintain a space for satisfying physical experiences. A life that is “broad,” not just “long.”

We initially worked on her capacity through low-impact plyometrics to recondition tendons and ligaments. In this phase, we focused on the eccentric phase of landing and force absorption, as well as the concentric phase of jumping (onto a box without a countermovement). Jumping is important because, beyond being useful in everyday life, it allows us to train power and fast-twitch muscle fibers. Power is often the missing element in training programs for people over 50.

I would like to thank coach Enrico Majoli for his dedication to this human project and for his unparalleled post-modern maieutic approach.

Grade II tear at the proximal myotendinous junction of the semimembranosus. This is the injury suffered by
Two exercises.
Two primary objectives:
1)to progressively restore the extensor function of the hamstring complex, specifically targeting the injured tissue through controlled loading.
2)to preserve the functional capacity of the re**us femoris, which in this case remains structurally intact but may be at risk of deconditioning if not appropriately stimulated during the rehabilitation process.

However, there is a third component of the training stimulus that is not directly captured by objective metrics: intention.
Arnold Schwarzenegger described the concept of the mind–muscle connection not merely as an aesthetic bodybuilding strategy, but as a fundamental training principle: the ability to direct maximal attentional focus and intentional motor control toward each repetition.
Biological tissue responds to mechanical load, but the athlete must also develop the capacity to perceive and regulate that stimulus, rather than simply execute the movement.
The distinction between performing an exercise and experiencing the movement with awareness reflects the difference between basic rehabilitation and a true return-to-performance preparation process.

“Stimuli” for spinal health. Training is a dialogue between the brain and the spine. Be smart: choose the good “stimuli” | Stimoli per la salute della colonna. L’allenamento e’ un dialogo tra il cervello e la colonna. Siate saggi e scegliete “stimoli” (input) buoni #

Let’s first clarify that childrens and young athletes are not “small adults” and must be trained in a different way. Simple but not taken for granted.

Juno was born on 2013 and she is 12 years old. When she come to us she wanted to improve her performance on tennis court but she had an hip and shoulder tilt that needed to be corrected for reducing mechanic stress, lowering injury risk ( lower back, hips, shoulder) and ideally improve her performance!
In this video you can see part of the work carried out during the year that just ended 2025

Mia is 15 years old and competes in alpine skiing.
Physical conditioning in the gym is an important part of her sport and must include general conditioning that addresses all aspects of strength and power development, without neglecting mobility and endurance.

Gym-based training works on three main areas:
1. Performance improvement
2. Injury prevention
3. Overall development of the adolescent athlete, not only physical, technical, and motor-coordination development, but also psychological growth (mindset).

The young athlete is “educated” not only to train, but also to think and behave like an elite athlete.
There are many everyday life choices that are often not considered influential on performance, yet are closely related to lifestyle and daily habits, such as social life, nutrition, management of competitive stress, the ability to listen to and take care of one’s own body, and many other factors.

Mia, 15 anni, scia a livello agonistico.
2)prevenzione infortuni
