IBP PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM

Ages 18–21

Un percorso di formazione professionale pensato per giovani danzatori che hanno già completato la propria formazione accademica di base e desiderano prepararsi concretamente all’ingresso nel mondo professionale.

Il programma è rivolto a studenti che intendono perfezionare la propria tecnica, ampliare il repertorio e sviluppare le competenze artistiche richieste da compagnie, junior company e contesti professionali internazionali.

✓ 22 ore di formazione settimanale
✓ Lezioni dal lunedì al venerdì in orario mattutino e primo pomeriggio
✓ Ambiente internazionale
✓ Lezioni svolte in lingua inglese
✓ Presenza quotidiana dei Direttori Artistici
✓ Preparazione per audizioni professionali e compagnie
✓ Lavoro sul repertorio classico e contemporaneo
✓ Sviluppo artistico e individuale del danzatore
✓ Masterclass con direttori, coreografi e insegnanti internazionali
✓ Supporto nella preparazione di video, CV e materiale per audizioni internazionali

Il percorso è particolarmente indicato per studenti che desiderano dedicare un periodo di transizione alla propria crescita artistica e tecnica prima dell’ingresso nel mondo professionale, mantenendo allo stesso tempo la possibilità di affiancare studi universitari o altri percorsi formativi.

Ci sono età che possono fare la differenza nel percorso di un giovane danzatore.

Lo sapevi che nella maggior parte delle grandi accademie internazionali l’età compresa tra gli 11 e i 13 anni rappresenta uno dei momenti più importanti per l’ammissione?

Molti pensano che talento e predisposizione fisica siano sufficienti. In realtà, a questa età il corpo sta ancora crescendo e ha bisogno di essere guidato, educato e sviluppato con un lavoro mirato e costante.

Per questo nasce IBP Junior, il nuovo percorso dedicato agli allievi dagli 11 ai 13 anni.

Un programma pensato per accompagnare i giovani danzatori in una fase fondamentale della loro crescita, costruendo solide basi tecniche, artistiche e fisiche all’interno di un ambiente professionale e internazionale.

Il nostro obiettivo non è soltanto preparare un’audizione, ma fornire tutti gli strumenti necessari per affrontare con maggiore consapevolezza il percorso verso le accademie più prestigiose e, un giorno, il mondo professionale.

Perché i sogni non si realizzano per caso.

Si costruiscono giorno dopo giorno, con il giusto metodo, la giusta guida e il tempo necessario per crescere.

Da settembre apre il nuovo percorso IBP Junior guidato quotidianamente dai Direttori Artistici

In just two years, many of our students have been accepted into prestigious international academies and professional dance companies.
For us, this is an incredibly meaningful result because it represents the true goal of the International Ballet Program.

Our focus is not on appearances, but on giving students real tools: technical preparation, mindset, discipline, awareness, and a concrete understanding of the professional dance world.

Every student arrives with a different story, and our role is to guide them as authentically as possible through their journey, helping them build strong foundations for their future.

All of this is also possible thanks to the international Monreart network, artistic collaborations, residencies with international guests, and continuous exposure to important professional realities within the dance world.

Because our greatest achievement is not what happens on stage for one evening, but seeing our students truly move closer to their dreams.

L’International Ballet Program nasce con l’obiettivo di offrire una formazione professionale autentica a giovani danzatori che desiderano costruire il proprio futuro nella danza attraverso studio, disciplina e consapevolezza.

IBP è oggi un vero microcosmo internazionale nel cuore di Verona, dove studenti provenienti da diverse parti del mondo condividono ogni giorno un percorso di crescita tecnica, artistica e personale, seguiti dai Direttori Artistici &

Durante l’anno il programma viene arricchito da numerose residenze artistiche e masterclass con ospiti internazionali, ballerini, maestri e coreografi provenienti da importanti realtà del panorama della danza mondiale.

Da settembre inizierà inoltre un nuovo capitolo con la nuova sede IBP, situata a pochi passi dal Teatro Camploy di Verona: uno spazio pensato per offrire ancora più libertà, qualità e opportunità ai nostri studenti.

Per noi la danza professionale non è apparenza, ma lavoro quotidiano, verità e formazione reale.

Another beautiful achievement for one of our IBP students.
kruijf_dancer , previously a student at Elmhurst Ballet School and part of our program in Verona since this year, received a prestigious invitation during the International Spring School by from Vitaliy Petrov, director of Thüringer Staatsballett, to spend a few days inside the company in Gera.

An important experience that represents another meaningful step in her artistic and professional journey.

At the International Ballet Program, our main focus is the daily training and development of the student.

For this reason, we do not have

an in-house company built around the students. We believe that the training period should be dedicated primarily to technical, artistic, and personal growth through consistent and in-depth daily work in the studio.

Stage experience certainly has its value, but for us the priority is to build strong foundations, real tools, and authentic preparation that can support the students throughout their future professional careers.

What a student gains through daily study stays with them over time: technique, discipline, awareness, versatility, and the ability to adapt to different artistic environments.

Our goal is not to create a closed path centered around our own reality, but to prepare young dancers so that one day they can freely choose their own direction and find their place in the professional dance world.

We can still feel that emotion in the air…
Every moment carries something magical: the technical stage preparation, the warm-up, the rehearsals, the waiting… and then the magic begins on stage.

A performance prepared in just a few weeks, not created to impress with costumes, special effects or big choreographies, but simply to show what our students face every day in the studio: technical challenges, individual work and group rehearsals.

And even though it was originally meant to be just an open class, it became a truly emotional performance and an important experience of growth for all of them.

We look forward to welcoming you from September in our new location, just a few steps away from this theatre, to begin a new journey together.

Another important achievement for one of our IBP students, Sarà Gaspari. Previously a student at the Rosella Hightower School of Dance Cannes, she joined IBP this year and, starting in June, she will perform as a professional dancer for the wonderful season of the Fondazione Arena di Verona.

We are incredibly proud of you and wish you the best of luck for this beautiful new adventure.

Yesterday, the midterm exams took place, an important opportunity for our students to be evaluated on the journey they have undertaken since the beginning of the year.

It’s a moment to understand their strengths and the areas they need to work on.

We had the honor of hosting Maestro Marc Ribaud, ballet master of the Stuttgart Ballet and our artistic adviser at IBP, whose presence has been essential for us.

Congratulations to our students for their commitment, and a big thank you to the teachers for the preparation they have provided!

Today, the students will have the chance to work with the maestro, an opportunity that will be a great source of inspiration for everyone!
