Pilates is for everyone 💖
Anyone who knows me, knows I don't have a "perfect" body- especially in some fitness professionals eyes!
My weight can fluctuate, my body shape change but I've gotten wise and learnt that for me it's not about the number on the scale ....its about the strength in the body and how much and how well I move it.
🤸♀️ I eat well for the most part but don't deny myself something I really want
🤸♀️I'm fit, strong, energetic and healthy 🙏
🤸♀️I'm not out to compete with the "perfect" intagrammers and would hate to be under the pressure they are
🤸♀️ I know what it feels like to perform some exercises with my tummy in the way 😁 and will never, ever put up a filtered version of myself online
🤸♀️ I offer modifications to suit all bodies and all levels of fitness
WHY ? Because we all deserve to be applauded, encouraged and supported when we start our movement/fitness journey.
Don't accept anything else . ..SUPPORT and ENCOURAGEMENT!!!
Pilates is for everyone and can be done by everyone regardless of shape, size, gender and age
It's about your body working in harmony with your mind to achieve flexibility, strength and flowing movement
If you're moving well and consistently, you're winning 🙌🙌
