At LNIBT, our goal is to help you to make your cycling experience easy, smooth and adventurous in the Italian-Swiss Lake District through offering a selection of group bike tours, private tours and rides on your own own. Our guests come from many backgrounds and have different levels of cycling experience: from the casual cyclist to the serious amateur cyclist wanting to test themselves on challenging climbs. Why we decided to try offering Women's Cycling Camps.

- These give women the confidence to join a trip knowing they will be around like-minded individuals in a supportive and collaborative environment, where they can truly learn new skills and not be afraid to ask questions and go at their own pace.

- We set out to create a space where every single women on our tour is catered for, from the recreational rider to the seasoned veteran.

Last season, we had the pleasure of providing GPS data and planning for a group of 15 dedicated road cyclists who chose Varese as their base for their annual cycling holiday. Their request was clear: they wanted a 5-day itinerary consisting of rides between 120km and 150km, with significant vertical gain (1,500m to 3,000m per day).

The area around Lake Maggiore offers a real cycling destination from April to October. The area has plenty for cycling routes and climbs along the side valleys especially in the upper part of the lake.
The roads among the towns of Baveno, Stresa and Arona, in the lower part of Lake Maggiore, might get congested for the traffic.
