We love silence beyond all things. When the snow arrives we take what we need and we pedal first, then we push, up to the wood that we know is protected from the wind. In there we fall asleep immediately knowing that the next day the extraordinary will be just for us.

Thanks Antidot bikecare to let us rolling silently and in a smoother way even with spring condition here in the Dolomites. Snow, mud, water, pine needles all mixed together can do nothing against few drops of this great bike lubricant!
Thanks KEEGO to produce best ever and only squizeable titanium water bottle. Stop using thos plastic one! together with FIDLOCK Fidlock Bike low profile bottle and side cage I save the room for my bikepacking adventures out there!
PS: Keego water bottle is amazing to carry wine too!

These peaks of ours, valleys, ravines, ridges, an infinite expanse of titanic rubble that every morning leaving the tent puts your back against the wall.
Who knows this is why it takes me a long time to tighten my shoelaces, meticulous action with my gaze fixed on the pebbles.
I look up slowly, ceremonially, a catharsis that I don't want to interrupt by tripping over my thoughts.
Hundreds of thousands of meters in altitude, continuous climbing, descending, pushing, breathing, fallimg, listening, activities that require time and therefore precise life choices, no shortcuts and an iron conscience.
I will never find the source of time among the rocks, but I will always be grateful to myself for knowing how to make use of the time I have, until the last day when I will belong to them forever.

One of our main activities is to go looking for the good nights.
The good nights have cold and perfumed air, have the sound of the wooden hut that contracts and stretches, have the flashes of flames and the color of good wine.

Pedaling towards the end of the day is abandoning yourself to the charm of the night. The cold air soothes the soul while the body chooses a place to dream.
Alpine choughs motionless in the sky, leaning on the last rays of the sun, appear and disappear in the chiaroscuro of the rugged walls.
The rocks die all around and while the darkness embraces us we listen to the wind that brings us the emotion of tomorrow.
