🇮🇹 Una stagione, 5 lezioni.
5 cose che questa stagione mi ha insegnato:
2. Metacognizione → pensare a come penso.

🇬🇧 One season, 5 lessons.
5 things this season taught me:
1. Perspective → growth means stepping outside your bubble, questioning your certainties and opening yourself to different ways of seeing the game.
2. Metacognition → thinking about how I think. The unexpected turning point while building the Scientific Hoops Knowledge Base: developing my own thinking by understanding how I think.
3. Quality → it’s not about how much you teach, but how much actually reaches the player. Not endless hours in the gym, but the right hours to deliver the best. When the coach gets better, the player can receive more.
4. The person → basketball is a tool, the person is the goal. An educational journey where a ball becomes the excuse to grow as human beings.
5. Critical thinking → don’t copy what others do. Understand why they do it. That’s the trap with AI: every tool you use to copy will make you more replaceable. Understanding, instead, gives you the ability to go deeper and navigate complexity. That’s amplification.
