our journey begins with a yoga practice to awaken your body and ground your spirit in the beauty of Tresco Abbey Gardens

we will then settle for a guided meditation promoting inner stillness

you will be invited to lie beneath the spacious sky to allow soothing vibrations to wash over you in a sound bath

the evening will conclude with a heart opening ritual of ceremonial cacao

3 hours of mindfulness practice, £40 includes yoga mat, guided sessions and cacao
