Today is never give up day, a reminder to trust that new opportunities and possibilities are round the corner.

It can be easy to slip into self-doubt when things aren't going as planned or it's taking longer than we imagined. We can lose sight of the reason we began our journey in the first place.

Tops tips:

1. Build positive daily habits, these make a difference on the days our motivation has dipped. Experiment with what works best for you.

2. Surround yourself with people who inspire you and believe in you!

3. Move your body and get outdoors. Spending time in nature has been shown to improve well-being and moving our body can shift our perspective and inspire new ideas and insights.

4. Observe you self-talk, would you be friends with someone who speaks to you the way you speak to yourself?

Week 4 is about beliefs, our beliefs are shaped by many experiences that have happened throughout our lives, they can be conscious or unconscious memories. It can be things that have happened from our childhood that we no longer remember but still remain with us and can cause us to have beliefs which can often be self-limiting beliefs.

This can have an impact on our life and how we show up. That can lead to frustration, stagnation and many other consequences, it can leave us feeling unfulfilled and unsatisfied.

Being able to see the beliefs, the self-limiting beliefs in particular, for what they are, we are able to see that a lot of our beliefs are not serving us. Awareness is the first step to transformation. With awareness comes a choice to change.

You are not your thoughts and once you can notice them, things change because when those thoughts come up, you no longer identify with them.

The only limit that we have is in our minds. We are limitless, our potential is huge. In this week we will be looking at what beliefs you have around yourself and breaking them down

Week 3 - Values can act as an inner compass they can guide us to make decisions that are truly aligned to what we want to create in our life.

With all the experiences that we have throughout our life. Sometimes it can be difficult to even begin to understand what it is that we truly want because we have been influenced by all sorts of potential external influences. Influences can come from teachers, parents, friends, family, communities, society and so on. At some point we can believe that our goal is ours, when actual an actual fact that is not.

The way to know if our goals are aligned to us is to get clear on what is truly important to us, therefor this week will be about exploring values, which are the very things that matter most.

By getting clear on our values decision making becomes easier, difficult decisions can be made, knowing that they align to what we truly want to create our life.

This is the foundation of creating the life you want, to make sure that that life you’re working towards creating, is genuinely the life that you want.

When our decisions are misaligned to our values, it can leave a sensation of discomfort, which often can't be placed or is described as just a sensation that something is not right even if things look great on the outside.

Knowing our values is also really helpful when facing challenges and provide the motivation to keep going, knowing that despite it being difficult, you’re going in the right direction so that will increase the motivation levels.

Week two is about the hero's journey. We will go through an exercise which will explore at which point in your chosen hero’s journey you might be at. This is amazing because it's a playful and creative way to reflect where we currently are in our journey, what we have experienced so far and where we’d like to be. By using the space and the body you can tap into states and gain different perspectives.

I will be sharing more about the topics covered in the 'My Hero’s Journey' group program.

Week 1 is about connecting, this week is to meet your peers. They will be your allies who will be joining you on this adventure. The amazing part of group coaching is you're going on a journey with other like-minded people, your journey will be your own but at the same time you will build connections with your tribe who are on a similar path, sharing experiences, learning, growing and developing together

The Hero's Journey resonated so much with me ever since a came across it when I was first training as a coach.

I love it as everyone is the hero in their journey and we acknowledge that highs and lows are all part of the process.

It's an exciting journey that's full of expansion and growth, when challenges arise we know this is facilitating that growth.

Often used for script writing, it has allowed me to see where I am in certain areas of my life and has given me different and new perspectives allowing me to keep pushing forward. If you're interested to find out more, in this video I talk about the steps of this journey

3 things you can hear

2 things you can smell

1 thing you can taste
