Today our special thanks goes to one of our best clients of the winter season 2025/2026 Silvia Sangalli !!!🥰
She visited Iten with her husband Valentino last December 2025 and joined our camps for 10 adventurous days in the Home of Champions 🇰🇪😎
Silvia quickly adapted to the new equatorial environment and to the altitude under the guidance of the master of all training programs Coach and she enjoyed memorable training sessions together with our pacing team 🏃🏾‍➡️🏃🏽‍♀️‍➡️
Once back to Italy 🇮🇹 Silvia started collecting shoes and clothes for the Iten Kenyan runners which we will be very pleased to share with the local runners next summer.
Thanks a lot again Silvia and Valentino for having joined us!!! All the very best for lots of running success 🙌🏻

“THE HEART OF KENYAN RUNNING” è un viaggio unico che, attraverso la corsa, vi porterà nel cuore degli altipiani del Kenya, a stretto contatto con la cultura e le tradizioni dei più forti corridori al mondo. Il nostro Running Camp è un percorso di crescita, sportivo e non, che vi regalerà indimenticabili emozioni: avrete la grande opportunità di confrontarvi e di vivere appieno la quotidianità degli atleti keniani, avrete la possibilità di comprendere le loro origini, il loro presente, il loro futuro. Percorrerete con loro gli infiniti sterrati di corsa, vi alimenterete come loro, vi “confonderete” con loro. Il martedì e il giovedì di ogni settimana ci uniremo ai gruppi di allenamento locali per le sessioni sulla pista di terra battuta di Tambach e per prendere parte al fartlek collettivo. Il popolo del Kenya, composto da 42 tribù diverse, ha fatto del SACRIFICIO, della SEMPLICITÀ e dell’ESSENZIALITA’ il suo punto di forza. Nonostante la povertà ancora largamente diffusa e la precarietà delle condizioni di vita per la maggior parte della popolazione, il popolo dei leggendari corridori keniani è FELICE, FIERO E RISPETTOSO.
